8 Weekly classes to choose from, so it is something for everyone!

You can join the classes with pay as you go, a monthly membership or by joining one of my group plans!

Whatever suits you best!

MONDAY - CIRCUITS 7PM

A full body session using 40s stations. Great for fat loss, boosting fitness and building strength all over.

TUESDAY - BOOTY BUILDER 7.10PM

Glute focused class to grow & shape your glutes, including tips on form and techniques to get the best results.

WEDNESDAY - CIRCUITS 6-7AM

MEMBERS & GROUP PLANS ONLY –

A full body session using 40s stations. Great for fat loss, boosting fitness and building strength all over.

WEDNESDAY - HYROX FUNCTIONAL TRAINING 6PM

Beginner friendly Hyrox style training, working on all exercises that you would do in a real event. Perfect if you are thinking about doing a Hyrox one day or if you just enjoy the style of training!

THURSDAY - UPPER BODY & ABS 5-6.30PM

MEMBERS & GROUP PLANS ONLY –Members can book their time slot through the app.

Targeting upper body and core strength.

 

FRIDAY - GLUTES & ABS 6-7AM

MEMBERS & GROUP PLANS ONLY –Members can book their time slot through the app.

A focused session hitting your glutes and abs. Perfect for building strength, shape and core stability. 

 

SATURDAY - CIRCUITS 9.30AM

A full body session using 40s stations. Great for fat loss, boosting fitness and building strength all over.

SUNDAY - BOOT CAMP 11.00AM

A high intensity full body class that changes weekly. Ideal for burning calories and starting your Sunday feeling strong!
